     CRESCENDO Preparatory School of Music & Arts is the training ground for artists and future worshiper leaders of all cultures, focused on cultivating and equipping musicians and artists, bringing skills to students’ talents and interests and placing them in the marketplace as they develop, returning to their communities to mentor their neighbors and the next generation, and strengthening family relationships through shared experience and growth.

    Crescendo is the natural expansion of the 27-year leadership and giving ministry of Russell Thompson, II and Worship at Large Ministries, from meeting needs of the present to empowering dreams for the future.
